SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Items may take up to five (5) business days to ship. If we cannot ship your item within five (5) business days, we will notify you via e-mail.
Each order is processed within two (2) business days, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via UPS ground are estimated to arrive to your destination within three to 10 business days. Please note that if you need faster delivery, it is recommended that you select a faster shipping option at checkout.
Each customer will receive an e-mail confirmation on all orders.
Refund, Return and Cancellation Policies:
At Solomon's Strands we only use the highest quality gems when handcrafting our one-of-a-kind jewelry.
We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your product. However, if you are not satisfied and would like to return an item, you must send us an e-mail with the reason for your return within two (2) days of receipt of your shipment.
Returns are only accepted if the item is not broken, tarnished, defective, unaltered and if it is in its original packaging. Items must be shipped back to Solomon's Strands within three (3) to 10 business days of Solomon's Strands receiving the e-mail request for the return. Upon inspection and receipt of item, if applicable, refunds will be granted for the amount charged, minus the shipping and handling fees.
Solomon's Strands reserves the right to deny credit, if, upon receipt and inspection the returned item does not meet the company's return policy.
No exchanges are accepted.
Cancellation requests must be made within two (2) business days of placing an order.
