HANDCRAFTED NECKLACES & BRACELETS: Each piece is unique & not repeated.

Signature Strands® is Renée Solomon’s signature line of necklaces created around an asymmetrical cascading motif. These striking one-of-a-kind and limited edition pieces easily transition from day to night.

CUSTOM-MADE NECKLACES & BRACELETS: I am delighted to work with clients who want handcrafted, custom jewelry. Each custom-made piece is made to order, and available upon request. Pieces may take up to three (3) weeks to complete depending on the design process and availability of materials. All custom-made orders require a 50% deposit prior to commencement of design. Once crafting begins the deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due upon completion and before item/s is shipped.

The necklaces and bracelets in the "custom" section have been sold. However if you like a piece, its design and the stones can be modified. Would you like your birthstone to be prominent? Or would you prefer to spruce up an old piece to accompany a smashing new outfit? Let's create it! Email or call me with your ideas. I look forward to hearing from you.

ORDERING: Each order placed on the site is processed within two (2) business day, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification. If an order is placed after 3 p.m. EST it will be processed the next business day. Orders paid for by personal check or money order will be shipped within two (2) business days after the client's check is posted to seller's account. You will receive an email confirmation with each order. Tracking is provided with some shipping methods.

TAXES: In accordance with state regulations, a shipment to a Florida address is automatically charged sales tax.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Items may take up to three (3) business days to ship. (This does not apply to custom-made items). You will be notified via e-mail if it cannot be shipped within three (3) business days. We don't ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Items can be shipped worldwide using UPS or FedEx. No shipping to PO Boxes. Customers are solely responsible for Customs (duty) fees. Solomon's Strands is not responsible if Customs damages, opens or retains your package.

REFUND & RETURNS: I want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason, you would like to return an item, a refund request must be made via email within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. Returns are only accepted if the item is not broken, tarnished, defective, unaltered and is in its original packaging. Items must be shipped back to Solomon's Strands within ten (10) business days of receipt of your item. (Fourteen (14) days for international orders). Upon inspection and receipt of item, if applicable, refunds will be granted for the amount charged, minus the shipping and handling fees. The item must be returned in a saleable condition. Solomon's Strands reserves the right to deny credit, if, upon receipt and inspection the returned item does meet the company's return policy. Custom jewelry is non-refundable, and non-returnable. Allow 10 to 15 days for the processing of your return.

REPAIRS: I will gladly repair any design free of charge within 30 days of your receipt of the item, excluding shipping charges. After 30 days, a charge will incur, however, each repair will be handled on an individual basis. Please email me a description of what needs to be repaired, the date of purchase and your phone number. When shipping the item back to Solomon's Strands, kindly package it in a secure box and mail it via UPS or any other insured delivery service. Repairs may take up to 15 days; materials are subject to availability.

EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation request is accepted if the order has not been shipped. If you are not satisfied with your item and would like another item in exchange, contact me to place a new order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. I will do my best to promptly resolve the issue.

SITE CONTENT: Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and some product variance is expected, including the color and size of stones varying slightly from the image on Web. Though every effort has been made to accurately represent the color and materials of my products, it is possible that computer monitor color calibration differences may affect how they appear on your screen.

PACKAGING: Sold items are exquisitely packaged in a fabric-lined black, white, beige or red jewelry box, and, then, securely packaged in a padded shipping box. Upon request, a jewelry pouch (convenient for traveling) can be shipped with your order.

GIFTS: Gifts are securely packaged in a leather box, which will not include the sale invoice. Sender will receive the invoice. At checkout an additional fee will be added for gift wrapped orders. Upon request, orders can be held for a specified delivery date. Gifts can be exchanged for another item of equal value. If you wish to include a personal message to recipient, kindly fill out "gift message" at checkout. (If you forget to include a message, I will send you a (1) reminder via e-mail.)

CARE & CLEANING: Your delicate, handcrafted Solomon's Strands jewelry will provide years of enjoyment and wear if you follow basic care suggestions. I recommend that you remove your jewelry when using harsh chemicals, lotions, perfumes or water. Allow perfume to evaporate before putting on jewelry. To gently shine sterling silver clean jewelry using a soft cloth.
